Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, along with a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@salveandoakco.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Salve & Oak Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@salveandoakco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
