Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Because many of our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • opened or used personal care products**

  • custom or personalized items

  • sale items

  • gift cards

**Due to the nature of our handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Only unused, unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
